The founder of Ask the Recruiter, Alex Feig, has spent more than a decade living abroad
leading international teams in everything from small, local startups to multinational companies.
She’s worked as a consultant advising customers in a variety of industries including FMCGs,
advertising, medical/health and tech organizations on how to build and scale international
businesses, with a particular focus on talent. She believes that talent is the engine that drives
growth for every great organization, and creating world class products starts with how business
identify, attract and develop talent. As someone who has spent most of her life working in
multicultural teams and has often found herself as the only person like herself in a meeting, she
brings a unique perspective to diversity and inclusion efforts in global organizations.
She founded Ask the Recruiter because she realized that most people hate the hiring process.
But they shouldn’t. She’s here to fix that.
